The heart of a photovoltaic system are the solar cells. They convert the sun's light energy directly into electrical energy. The energy generated by the solar cells is multiplied and redirected. You then have motion-free, noise-free and emission-free electrical energy available in the building. If there is a surplus, you can store the electrical energy or feed it into the public grid. It is possible for the federal government, canton or municipality to provide financial support in the form of a subsidy for such systems.
