Our experienced service team takes care of your concerns and those of your owners and tenants: whether small installation work, troubleshooting, expansion, renewal or maintenance of electrical systems. Our trustworthy fitters carry out clean, safe work and communicate in the tenant's or owner's language where possible, as they are multilingual.
We schedule appointments with your tenants, owners and caretakers when assignments are due and keep you up to date on the status of matters. We also ensure correct, tax-compliant, prompt invoicing.
Our services:
- "Electrical check-up" in the event of a change of tenant/flatshare and rectification of corresponding defects.
- Small installation work in the area of high and low voltage current such as lighting, switches, sockets, intercom systems, control systems, etc. (e.g. installing lights, moving sockets, repairing switches, installing dimmers, converting lighting to LED, electrifying blinds etc.)
- Service and troubleshooting of high- and low-current systems as well as network and communication solutions in the private and commercial sector (e.g. troubleshooting of stairwell lighting, residual current circuit breakers (RCDs), fuses etc.)</li
- Expansion, renewal and monitoring (maintenance and servicing) of electrical systems, telecommunications and network solutions (e.g. new telephone connection/voice over IP, Internet connection, modem installation, network expansion, WLAN amplifiers/access points, universal building cabling (UKV) etc.)
- Removal of defects as a result of periodic electrical inspections or final inspections .
