Solutions
operation of one of the most modern communication servers available on the Swiss market. This makes the Hotel Neufeld the first hotel in Switzerland to use this modern communication system.
The project was realized in cooperation with one of the most renowned manufacturers on the Swiss market in the form of a field test.
The customer wanted the respective room status to be actively visible to the cleaning staff and their management. This need was met with specialized hotel software. The customer now has the option of viewing the respective room status and also using the check-in/check-out function of this application for room billing.
This means that the staff at the Hotel Neufeld are now able to view all guest-related transactions electronically in the hotel software's communication system.
